These terms apply to crystallineclinic.ng and to treatments booked through it at our Lagos clinic.
By using this website or booking through it, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
They are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute falls to the courts of Lagos State.
Facials, IV drips and everything in nails and spa are booked and paid for online in one sitting.
Injectable treatments are not sold from this website. Each begins with a consultation, which is ₦70,000 and is the first payment toward your treatment, credited in full.
Prices shown on this site are for the Lagos clinic. They are correct at the time of publishing and may change. The price agreed at your consultation is the price for that treatment plan.
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are covered by our bookings policy.
You must be eighteen or over for any aesthetic or injectable treatment.
We may decline to treat you. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, certain medical conditions or medication, a treatment being wrong for your anatomy, or expectations we cannot meet are all reasons we will say no. That judgement sits with the practitioner and it is not negotiable.
You must give us accurate information about your health, your medication and any previous treatment. Treating you safely depends on it, and withholding it puts you at risk rather than us.
Every treatment is personalised and results vary with your anatomy, your skin, your goals and your aftercare. Nothing on this website is a guarantee of a specific outcome.
Photographs and videos on this site are examples of our work shared with client consent. They show what was achieved for those individuals, not what will be achieved for you.
Where we believe a treatment will not give you what you are hoping for, we will tell you before it is performed rather than afterwards.
The information on this website is general. It describes what treatments are and what they are typically used for.
