Anti-wrinkle treatment is not simply about making lines disappear. It is about understanding where treatment is appropriate, how much is appropriate, and what should be left alone. Your facial movement, proportions and desired result all matter.
That is why we do not begin by asking how many areas you want. We begin by asking what you are hoping to change. Sometimes that means treating one area. Sometimes it means more. And sometimes the best advice is to leave something alone.
You can look at a price list and decide you want three areas. But knowing the price of three areas does not mean three areas are what your face needs.
We will not give you everything you want. We will advise you on what we believe is the correct treatment.
Tell us what you see when you look in the mirror, what bothers you, what you would like to change, and just as importantly what you absolutely do not want.
Your practitioner looks at the areas you are concerned about and considers your individual features and goals.
We will tell you what we think is appropriate. That may be the treatment you came in asking for, a different approach, or no treatment at all.
If treatment is appropriate, you will understand what is being recommended and why before proceeding.
Once your treatment plan is agreed, treatment can go ahead.
Because your experience does not end when you leave the clinic. We care after the appointment too.
Crystalline was founded by Nurse Liz, combining more than six years of NHS clinical experience with more than a decade in the beauty industry. She was named Aesthetician of the Year at the BFH Gala 2024.
Crystalline is not only a clinic. We also have an Academy that trains other aesthetics practitioners, which gives us a responsibility to hold ourselves to the same standard we teach.
Her philosophy is simple. Beauty is a birth-right. Aesthetic treatment should enhance what is already yours, not turn you into someone else. That philosophy runs through the clinic, the Academy and the way we advise our clients.
Not someone who learned a treatment and immediately started injecting. Someone who understands that your face deserves assessment, judgement and restraint.
If we think something is not right for you, we will say so.
Because the best compliment is not always what did you have done. Sometimes it is simply that you look really good.
Questions after your appointment should not feel like an inconvenience. We care after the appointment too.
You do not need to know exactly what you need before you book. You only need to know what you would like to change. Come with your questions, leave with a plan, and if the right plan is to do less, we will tell you.
