Before You Book
12
Do I need a consultation before every treatment?
No. Only injectable treatments are consultation first. Facials, IV drips and everything in nails and spa are booked and paid for online in one sitting, with no consultation at all.
How much is the consultation?
The injectable consultation is ₦70,000. It secures your slot and is the first payment toward your treatment, credited in full. It is not a fee for advice.
What actually happens at a consultation?
We listen to what is bothering you, assess the area properly, and tell you what we believe is the right treatment. That might be the one you came in asking about. It might be a different one. And sometimes it is none of them.
How long does a consultation take?
Thirty minutes. That is enough to look properly, answer your questions and agree a plan, without rushing you.
I have never had any treatment before. Is that a problem?
Not at all, and a large number of our clients are first-timers. Your consultation exists so you can ask everything before deciding anything, and you are never required to proceed on the day.
How do I know which treatment I need?
You do not have to know. Tell us what you see in the mirror and what you would like to be different, and we will match it to a treatment or tell you honestly that none of ours is the answer.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. Plenty of people bring a friend, a sister or their mum, particularly for a first appointment.
Will you pressure me into booking something?
No. If you leave with information and no appointment, that is a perfectly good outcome. Plenty of women consult, go away and book months later.
What if you tell me I should not have the treatment?
Then that is what we will tell you. We would rather lose a booking than perform a treatment that is wrong for you, and it happens more often than you would expect.
Can I just ask a question without booking anything?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and describe what you are thinking about. We answer questions all day without any expectation that you book.
Do you treat men?
Yes. Gentlemen Glow is a facial designed for men's skin, and men are treated across the aesthetic menu.
Is there a minimum age?
You must be eighteen or over for any aesthetic or injectable treatment.
Money And Payment
13
How much do your treatments cost?
Every price is published on the treatments page, with what each one is for and how long it takes. Nothing is quoted at the door and nothing is a number you only discover once you are lying down.
What is the cheapest thing you offer?
A nail take off at ₦10,000, and a back facial at ₦50,000.
What is the most expensive?
Sculptra at 400ml, ₦8,000,000. Liquid BBL at 600ml is ₦6,500,000.
Why do some treatments show a price range?
Because they are priced by volume or by area. Liquid BBL, Sculptra, fat dissolving, tox and lip filler all depend on how much is used, which is decided at your consultation rather than chosen from a page.
Is the consultation really credited in full?
Yes. The ₦70,000 comes off the cost of your treatment. If you proceed, you have not paid anything extra for the consultation.
What if I consult and decide not to go ahead?
Then the consultation stands as what it was, a proper assessment and an honest answer. There is nothing further to pay.
How do I pay?
Online at the point of booking for anything self-serve, or in the clinic if you would rather. Both work.
Can I pay in instalments?
Ask us. It depends on the treatment and the amount, and we would rather give you a straight answer for your situation than a blanket policy on a web page.
Do you offer discounts?
On the Snow White drip, yes. A block of six is 1,500,000 naira rather than 2,100,000 for six singles, bought once and redeemed one at a time.
Can I buy several treatments in one payment?
Yes. Add everything to one basket on the treatments page and pay once, then book your appointment afterwards.
Are your prices the same in London and Amsterdam?
The prices published on this site are the Lagos prices. For London or Amsterdam, message us and we will confirm before you commit to anything.
Do prices ever change?
Occasionally, as product and running costs change. The price you are quoted at your consultation is the price you pay for that treatment plan.
Is there a deposit for treatments?
For injectables, the consultation serves as it. For everything else you pay at the point of booking, which secures the slot.
Appointments And Cancellations
12
How do I book?
Most treatments are booked directly on their own page: pick a time, pay, done. Injectables start with the consultation booking. If you would rather talk first, message us on WhatsApp.
What are your opening hours?
11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays.
How much notice do you need to cancel?
Seventy-two hours. Within that window, the consultation deposit is fifty per cent refundable.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Tell us as early as you can and we will move you. Your payment is not lost.
What happens if I am late?
Tell us as soon as you know. We book one client per slot, so a long delay may mean shortening or moving your appointment rather than rushing the treatment.
Can I just turn up?
We would rather you did not, because we may not be able to see you. Message us and we will usually find something the same week.
How far ahead should I book?
For a specific day or time, a week or two. For something before an event, further, because several treatments need to be done well in advance.
I bought several things in one order. How do I book them?
You book one appointment for the visit, and that booking asks for your order number. It is on your confirmation email and on the page you land on after paying. We read the order and set aside the right amount of time.
Can I book for somebody else?
Yes. Message us before booking so we can put the appointment in the right name.
Do you offer home visits?
Ask us. It depends on the treatment and on where you are.
What should I bring?
Nothing, other than a list of any medication you take and anything you have had done before. Both matter more than people expect.
Can I have more than one treatment in the same visit?
Often yes, and sometimes combining is exactly what irritates your skin. Ask us and we will suggest a sensible order rather than stacking everything into one appointment.
Injectables, In General
11
Why can I not book an injectable straight away?
Because nothing injectable at Crystalline is bought online. What is right for you depends on your face, your history and your goals, and none of that can be assessed from a booking form.
Will I look overdone?
Not if we are doing our job. We enhance conservatively, because subtle improvements age beautifully and exaggeration rarely does. People should notice that you look well, not that you have had something done.
What if I want more than you recommend?
We will tell you what we think is appropriate and why. We do not simply provide whatever a client asks for, and that is deliberate.
Does it hurt?
Numbing is used where it helps, and most people find injectables considerably more comfortable than they expected. Your practitioner explains what to expect before starting.
Will anyone be able to tell?
That is the aim of how we treat. Done well, people register that you look rested rather than that your face has changed.
What are the risks?
Every injectable carries some, including bruising, swelling, and less commonly infection or asymmetry. Your practitioner will talk you through the specific risks of your treatment before you consent to it, not after.
Can injectables be reversed?
Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved where it is clinically appropriate, and filler dissolving is ₦150,000 for one area. Tox is not reversed, it simply wears off. Sculptra cannot be dissolved.
Can I have treatment while pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. Tell us if either applies, or if you are trying to conceive, and we will hold your plan until afterwards.
How long before an event should I book?
At least two weeks for most injectables, because swelling and bruising need time to settle. Never the week of.
Do I have to keep having it done?
No. Nothing here is a commitment. Results wear off gradually, and if you stop, you return to how you were rather than to something worse.
Can I have treatment if I take medication?
Tell us what you take. Some medications affect bruising and healing, and a few make a treatment inadvisable. That conversation happens before anything, not after.
Anti-Wrinkle And Tox
9
What are anti-wrinkle treatments?
Injections that soften the muscle movement creating expression lines, so the lines have less chance to deepen. Priced by area, from ₦320,000 for one area.
Will I look frozen?
No, and that is a choice rather than an accident. We treat conservatively so you keep the movement that makes your face yours.
How long do results last?
Typically three to four months, varying with the area, the dose and how quickly your body metabolises it.
When will I see results?
Not immediately. It begins around day three to five and settles fully by about two weeks, which is why we review rather than judge it on the day.
Is it painful?
A series of very fine injections. Most people describe it as brief stinging rather than pain.
What areas can be treated?
Forehead, frown and eye area are the common three. We also treat the masseter for a heavy jaw at ₦400,000, the trapezius at ₦400,000, nasal flare at ₦300,000, and hyperhidrosis for excessive underarm sweating at ₦450,000.
What is a lip flip?
A small amount of tox at the upper lip to create a subtle lift, without filler. It is ₦150,000.
What is Salmon DNA?
A skin treatment offered alongside our tox menu at ₦480,000. Your practitioner will explain whether it suits your concern at your consultation.
Can I exercise after tox?
Not for the rest of the day. Your practitioner will give you the full aftercare, and following it properly matters more with tox than most treatments.
Dermal Fillers
10
What are dermal fillers?
Hyaluronic acid gel placed to restore volume, define a feature or rebalance proportion. Lip filler starts at ₦170,000 for 1ml.
Will fillers make me look fake?
Not if the amount and the placement are right. The overdone look comes from too much, too fast, in the wrong plane. We build gradually instead.
How long do fillers last?
Commonly six to eighteen months depending on the area, the product and your metabolism. Lips tend to go faster than cheeks or jaw.
Can fillers be dissolved?
Yes. Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved where it is clinically appropriate. Filler dissolving is ₦150,000 for one area.
Are fillers painful?
Numbing is used, and most filler contains an anaesthetic. Lips are the most sensitive area and we take our time there.
What is the difference between lip filler and Russian lips?
A technique difference in how the product is placed and the shape it creates. Russian lips are ₦400,000, and your practitioner will advise which suits your lip shape.
What is a pixie lift?
A filler treatment at ₦270,000. What it involves for you specifically is discussed at your consultation.
What is non-surgical rhinoplasty?
Filler used to refine the appearance of the nose without surgery, ₦320,000. It cannot make a nose smaller, and we will say so if that is your goal.
What is the Face Sculpting Package?
A combined filler treatment at ₦500,000. The contents are agreed at your consultation based on what your face actually needs.
Will I swell?
Yes, particularly lips, and particularly for the first forty eight hours. It settles. Do not judge your result on day one.
Body Treatments
11
What is Liquid BBL?
Non-surgical body enhancement using dermal filler to add volume and shape, priced by volume from ₦1,500,000 for 100ml up to ₦6,500,000 for 600ml.
Is Liquid BBL the same as a surgical BBL?
No. Liquid BBL uses filler and you go home the same day. A surgical BBL is an operation that moves your own fat under general anaesthetic, with a prolonged recovery. The results differ and so does how long they last.
How many millilitres do I need?
You do not need to decide before your consultation, and nobody can answer it from a photograph. Your practitioner assesses your frame and your goals and advises.
Can Liquid BBL fill hip dips?
Filling hip dips while keeping the natural line is one of the things this treatment is most often used for. Whether it suits you is decided at consultation.
What is Sculptra?
A gradual body enhancement treatment priced by volume from ₦2,200,000 for 100ml to ₦8,000,000 for 400ml. It is built over time rather than placed in one go.
What is fat dissolving?
An injectable treatment that breaks down a small, defined pocket of fat so your body clears it over the following weeks. From ₦300,000 for one area.
Is fat dissolving the same as weight loss?
No. It is a contouring treatment for one specific area and it will not meaningfully change your weight. If weight is what you want to address, ask us about weight management instead.
How many fat dissolving sessions will I need?
Often more than one. The number depends on the area and on how you respond, and it is decided after assessment rather than sold in advance.
Will the fat come back?
The cells treated are cleared. Gaining weight afterwards can still change the area, because the fat that remains behaves normally.
Is there downtime after body treatments?
Tenderness and swelling for a few days is normal. Your practitioner will explain what to expect for your specific treatment.
Can I sit down after a Liquid BBL?
Your practitioner will give you specific aftercare, and it matters. Ask before you book if it affects your work or your travel.
PRP And Skin Boosters
9
What is PRP?
Platelet-rich plasma. A small amount of your blood is drawn, spun to concentrate the platelets, and returned to the treatment area to support your skin's own repair.
How much is PRP?
Under Eye PRP is ₦400,000. Other PRP applications are discussed and priced at your consultation.
Is PRP safe?
It uses your own blood, so there is nothing foreign to react to. As with any injectable, the safety comes from who is performing it, which is why ours is nurse-led.
Does the blood draw hurt?
It is the same as a routine blood test. Most people find it the easiest part of the appointment.
What is the difference between PRP and filler under the eye?
Filler fills a hollow and works immediately, and it can be dissolved. PRP improves the quality of the skin and works gradually. They solve different problems.
What is the Vampire Facial?
Microneedling combined with platelet-rich plasma from your own blood, ₦250,000 for 75 minutes. It treats the whole face and is booked directly.
What are skin boosters?
Injectable hydration that improves the quality of the skin without changing the shape of your face. They are priced at consultation, because how many sessions you need depends on your skin.
How are skin boosters different from filler?
Filler adds volume and changes shape. Skin boosters improve how the skin itself behaves. They are not interchangeable.
Will I bruise?
Possibly, and under the eye bruising is visible. We will tell you what to expect before you book, so you are not planning it days before an event.
IV Drips
10
What is IV Vitamin Therapy?
A selected treatment delivered directly into your bloodstream through an intravenous infusion. Each drip on our menu has its own focus, from ₦200,000.
Do I need a consultation for a drip?
No. Every drip is booked and paid for online in one sitting.
How long does a drip take?
Forty five minutes for most. The NAD drip is scheduled for sixty.
Which drip should I choose?
Start with your reason. Hydration, energy, immunity, recovery or glow. If you are unsure, message us and describe what you are after.
Why a drip and not a tablet?
Anything you swallow has to get through your stomach and gut before any of it reaches your blood, and a good deal does not make it. A drip goes directly in.
Does having a drip hurt?
A cannula is placed in your arm, so there is a sharp scratch at the start and then nothing. Most people work or scroll through the appointment.
Who administers the drip?
A trained, medically qualified practitioner. Placing a cannula and knowing when a drip is not appropriate today are nursing skills, and this is not a treatment we hand to somebody who learned it on a weekend course.
Will I feel different immediately?
Often yes for hydration and energy. Skin drips build over a course rather than working in one session.
Is a drip a treatment for illness?
No. It is not a treatment for a medical condition and it is not a substitute for seeing a doctor about something that is actually wrong.
What is the Snow White block?
Six sessions bought once at ₦1,500,000 and redeemed one at a time, against ₦350,000 for a single. It is one of the drips where the result comes from consistency.
Facials And Skin
15
Which facial should I book?
Start with what you see in the mirror. Dull and tired, congestion, rough texture, dark marks, or fine lines and scarring each point to a different treatment. The facials page matches them up.
What if I do not know?
Book the Customised Facial at ₦150,000. Nothing is decided before you arrive and we build the treatment around what we find on the day.
How often should I have a facial?
Every four to six weeks for most people. That is roughly how long your skin takes to turn over a full layer, and more often is rarely better.
Which facial is my first one?
The Classic Facial at ₦70,000 or the Customised Facial at ₦150,000, so somebody assesses your skin properly before you spend more.
What is microneedling?
Very fine needles creating controlled micro-injuries, which stimulates your skin's own repair. ₦200,000 for 60 minutes. It suits texture, scarring and firmness.
Is microneedling safe on deeper skin?
Yes, with the right depth and a practitioner who understands why the depth matters. Choosing badly on deeper skin is how people end up with dark marks, which is why we start conservatively.
What is a chemical peel?
Controlled resurfacing at ₦250,000. A solution loosens the damaged surface layer so it lifts away over the following days and newer skin becomes the surface.
Is a chemical peel safe on dark skin?
Yes, when the strength is matched to your skin. Marks come from peels that were too aggressive for the skin they were used on, which is why the depth is chosen for you.
Will a peel lighten my skin tone?
No. That is not what this treatment is or what it is for. It evens out marks and patches, it does not change your natural tone.
What is dermaplaning?
A sterile blade removing dead surface skin and fine facial hair, ₦200,000. Makeup sits differently afterwards, which is what most people notice first.
Will the facial hair grow back thicker?
No. Dermaplaning does not change the thickness, colour or growth pattern of your facial hair. It can feel blunter for a few days as it regrows.
What is microdermabrasion?
Professional surface exfoliation at ₦100,000, removing dead skin cells and build-up. It is the middle step between a classic facial and a peel.
Can I have a facial with active acne?
Usually yes, and some facials are specifically useful for it. Some are not appropriate during a bad flare. We look first.
How soon before an event should I book a facial?
A few days, not the morning of. Peels, microneedling and dermaplaning can leave you pink or flaky, so those need longer.
Do you do facials for men?
Yes. Gentlemen Glow at ₦150,000 is designed for men's skin.
Nails And Spa
10
How much is a manicure?
A Classic Manicure is ₦15,000 and a Jelly Manicure is ₦20,000. Gel polish on natural nails is ₦20,000.
How much is a pedicure?
A Classic Pedicure is ₦35,000 and a Jelly Pedicure is ₦40,000. Gel polish on toes is ₦15,000.
What is a jelly manicure?
The same treatment as our classic, with a jelly soak that turns the water into a soft gel and holds its heat far longer. It is ₦5,000 more.
How much is a full set?
Short is ₦30,000, medium is ₦45,000 and long is ₦55,000.
Which length should I choose?
Short if it is your first set. It is far easier to go longer at your next infill than to live with a length you regret for three weeks.
Should I infill or get a new set?
Infill, almost always. At ₦20,000 it is cheaper, faster and better for your natural nails than removing and reapplying every few weeks.
How do you remove gel or acrylic?
Soaked off, never pried. Prying removes a layer of your nail plate, which is what leaves nails thin and bendy afterwards. A take off is ₦10,000.
Can I bring a set done somewhere else to be taken off?
Yes. Book the take off on its own. You do not have to have anything done afterwards, and we would far rather you came in than picked at it.
Are your tools sterilised?
Yes. This is a medic-led clinic. Instruments are sterilised between clients and single-use items are used once.
Do you do nail art?
Yes. Hand Design is ₦20,000 and it is painted by hand rather than applied as a sticker.
Weight Management
6
Do you offer weight management?
Yes, separately from our contouring treatments. It is prescribed rather than bought, which means it begins with a proper conversation about your history and whether it is appropriate for you at all.
Can I buy it online?
No. It is a prescription medicine, so it cannot be sold from a web page. Every dose and price is listed on the treatments page, and it starts with a consultation.
How much is weight management?
Shots run from ₦200,000 to ₦450,000 depending on the dose. Pens run from ₦900,000 to ₦1,900,000.
Is it the same as fat dissolving?
No, and they are not substitutes for each other. Fat dissolving removes a small pocket from one area. Weight management is a medical approach to weight itself.
What will you ask me?
About your medical history, any medication you take, previous weight-loss treatment and your general health. Those questions are the point of the appointment, not a formality.
What if it is not appropriate for me?
We will tell you, and we will not prescribe it. That is the entire reason it is not a buy button.
The Shop
7
Do I need an appointment to buy products?
No. Everything in the shop is bought online and either delivered or collected.
Can I collect from the clinic?
Yes, and it is free. Choose collection at checkout and pick it up from Lekki Phase 1.
How much is delivery?
It is shown at checkout before you pay and depends on where you are. It only ever applies to physical products, so a treatment in the same basket never adds a delivery fee.
Will the packaging say what is inside?
No. Orders are packed discreetly, with nothing on the outside that identifies the contents.
Are the intimate products a treatment for an infection?
No. They are over-the-counter wellness products, not a diagnosis and not a treatment. If you have symptoms that persist, come in and let somebody look properly.
Can I return something?
Unopened and unused, yes. For hygiene reasons intimate products cannot be returned once opened. Message us if something arrives wrong and we will sort it.
Do you deliver outside Nigeria?
Message us and tell us where you are, and we will tell you honestly whether we can.
Safety And Who Treats You
9
Who will be treating me?
A medically qualified practitioner. Crystalline is medic-led, founded by Nurse Liz, who brings more than six years of NHS experience and more than a decade in the beauty industry.
What does medic-led actually mean?
That clinical judgement sits above sales. It shows up in who holds the needle, in the decision to treat conservatively, and in being told no when no is the right answer.
Is the clinic accredited?
Crystalline was named Aesthetician of the Year at the BFH Gala Awards 2024, and the clinic trains other practitioners through the Crystalline Academy.
Why does it matter that you train other practitioners?
Because the standard we teach is the standard we have to work to. A clinic trusted to teach is answerable for more than its own bookings.
What products do you use?
Ask at your consultation and your practitioner will tell you exactly what is being used on you and why.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Contact us immediately, not in a week. Complications are far easier to manage early, and you will not be made to feel awkward for calling.
Do you keep medical records?
Yes. Your history, your treatments and your consent are recorded, which is part of what makes follow-up safe.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your records and anything you tell us stay between you and the clinic.
Do you ever refuse to treat someone?
Yes, and it is a normal part of practising properly. Being unwell, being pregnant, a treatment being wrong for your anatomy, or expectations we cannot meet are all reasons we will decline.
Aftercare
7
Will I get aftercare instructions?
Yes, specific to your treatment, before you leave. Following them properly affects your result more than most people expect.
Can I wear makeup afterwards?
It depends entirely on the treatment. Your practitioner will tell you when, and for some treatments the answer is not today.
Can I exercise afterwards?
Usually not the same day, and longer for some treatments. Ask before you book if it affects your training.
What about sun exposure?
After any resurfacing treatment, sun protection is not optional. In Lagos, going without it is the fastest way to undo a treatment you just paid for.
Who do I contact if I am worried?
Message us on WhatsApp. We would far rather answer a question that turns out to be nothing than have you sit with it for a week.
Is a follow-up included?
For treatments where reviewing the result matters, yes. Your practitioner will tell you when to come back and what we are looking for.
When will I see my final result?
It varies enormously. Filler is immediate, tox takes about two weeks, and collagen treatments build over months. We will give you the real timeline rather than the flattering one.
Crystalline Academy
8
Do I need previous experience to train with you?
Not for every course. Tell us where you are starting from and we will tell you honestly which pathway fits.
Will I get hands-on practical training?
Yes. Practical work is the point, and it is what separates real training from a slide deck.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes, on completion.
What makes Crystalline Academy different?
You are trained inside a working clinic, by a practitioner who treats clients every week, in the same principles we use on them. Clinical excellence, ethical practice, natural results.
Will I learn the business side?
It is part of it. Technique alone does not build a practice.
What does it cost?
Course fees are confirmed directly. Message us and tell us which pathway you are interested in.
Can I speak to somebody before enrolling?
Yes, and we would encourage it. Training is a significant decision and you should ask everything first.
Which courses do you run?
The CC Doll Pathway and CC Doll Ultimate, plus masterclasses in Liquid BBL, fat dissolving, PRP, skin boosters and facial treatments.
Visiting Us
7
Where are you?
3B Chris Madueke Street, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. We also have clinics in London and Amsterdam.
Which clinic can I book online?
Lagos. Every treatment and price on this site is for the Lekki Phase 1 clinic. London and Amsterdam are arranged by message.
Is there parking?
Yes, on the street outside. We are a few minutes from the Lekki roundabout.
Do all three clinics offer the same treatments?
No. Lagos is the full clinic, with aesthetics, beauty, nails and the Academy. London offers aesthetic and beauty treatments. Amsterdam is by appointment.
Is Nurse Liz at every location?
She founded all three and trained the practitioners. If it matters that she performs your treatment personally, say so when you book and we will tell you what is possible.
Can I consult in one city and be treated in another?
Ask us. It depends on the treatment and the timings, and we would rather give you a straight answer than a general policy.
How do I get in touch?
WhatsApp is fastest, on +234 706 670 2023, during opening hours.
Nothing matches that. Message us and ask, and we will add it here.
Still Wondering
The Best Answers Come From A Conversation.
A page can only take you so far. If your question is about your face, your skin or your body specifically, the honest answer needs somebody to look at it. That is what the consultation is for.
